Continuous applications
Always-On Trading Workloads
An always-on trading workload runs a compatible customer-managed terminal or supporting application on a server intended to remain available independently of a personal computer.
The requirement behind the solution
The selected terminal must be compatible with the operating system and remain within the plan's CPU, memory and storage limits. Trading results, broker connectivity and application behavior are outside the hosting provider's control.
Requirements to define
- Terminal and operating-system compatibility
- Sufficient resources for terminals, charts and supporting tools
- Secure remote administration
- Application monitoring and restart procedures
- Independent account and strategy safeguards
Important considerations
- Hosting does not improve or guarantee trading performance.
- Measure connectivity to the actual broker endpoint rather than relying on generic latency claims.
- Keep account credentials out of scripts, logs and support messages.

Which plan should support a trading terminal?+
Check the terminal's operating-system and resource requirements, then compare them with the current plan configuration before ordering.
Turn requirements into a current configuration
Compare live plans or describe the application to sales. Availability, pricing and final scope are confirmed before purchase.
